Return Process

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your returned fashion pieces, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
